Whataburger Field
Welcome to the Surreal World. Whataburger has a stadium. Who would ever thought such a place existed? Or that the team playing in it would be called the Hooks? Check out their mascot. You can't see it in the picture but he has a hook for a tail. The Hooks played the San Antonio Missions tonight. The Hooks won.

Hooks? Is that as in tailhooks, as in naval aviators? Or is that a hook as in the device Whataburger employees use to fish wayward french fries out of the deep fat fry?
Inquiring minds wanna know! Either way, the name Whataburger Park is a heck of a lot classier than our Minute Maid Park. Hamburgers go with baseball pretty naturally. What health nut goes to a baseball game and drinks OJ?

Yes, but Minute Maid Park has that cool train....
The Hooks are a baseball team.
Yeah, a cool train that just moves about 100 feet...I think it's lame. They could have reduced the train down to about 1/3 the size and run tracks throughout the stadium for the train to ride on.... Now THAT would be cool!
