I'm not Fat, I'm Fluffy!

I was annoyed by the headline, "Prostate Treatment Works Less For Fat Men." Fat men? Seems a little blunt, doesn't it? Don't get me wrong; I'm not big on PC speak. But I can't imagine an article entitled "Fat Women have more health problems," or some such.
