Drunk in a bar? You could be arrested!
According to this article, now Texas is prosecuting people who get drunk in bars. I guess it doesn't matter anymore whether or not you have a designated driver. Why don't they just go ahead and bring back prohibition?

Since Houston is one of the 'fattest' cities in America, (not sure of the current ranking) maybe they can set up sting operations at all the Golden Corrals, and SLAM those over-eaters face down on the cold, hard, trampled and dirty restaurant carpet, 'cuff'em, and haul them to the pokey upon a third trip to the fried chicken pan. 'Ding-Ding'! Hmmm...Fresh rolls? or a SET UP!? That'll learn 'em to raise our healthcare costs! Yee-haw!
